Are you wondering if you can hard cook your eggs in the oven this year? Use a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Placing the eggs in a muffin tin will make it easier to handle the eggs and aid in the cooking process. Be sure to cool the eggs in cold water when the are removed from the oven. There may be some scorch marks but they can still be colored for the Easter egg hunt.
