I have a cooler that I re-pack everyday with my camelbak water bottle, a glass canning jar of tea, cloth napkin and silverware with my local food of choice for the day. It usually includes raw nuts, dried or fresh fruit. Today I’m ‘shlepping’ my Liquid Planet insulated mug with my green tea and my jar of green smoothie to my meetings. I am always looking for ideas for packable local foods and ideas for tranporting them.
