				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My utility bill will be low this month! I love  early fall when the days are still warmish and the nights are cool. My grandma would say &#8220;It&#8217;s good sleeping weather&#8221; when you leave the windows open. I put another blanket on the bed and  I&#8217;m wearing another layer of clothes these days.   I made a pot of  soup with new potatoes from my garden so it must be officially fall!  However, I am tempted to turn on the furnace.</p>
<p>What do you do to stay comfortable and reduce the energy used for heating and cooling in your home?</p>
